CtrlS operates under the direction of its Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Board of Directors whose roles and responsibilities are segregated from management responsibilities. The responsibilities of the board and business unit heads include reviewing, approving, monitoring the business strategies, assessing major risks, and exploring solutions for their mitigation. The board upholds the integrity and confidentiality of the company, along with compliance with various laws and ethics.

CtrlS is committed to reducing the risks for its stakeholders. Regular risk assessment is carried out to address various natures of risks including health, safety, information security and business continuity. Risks are identified and addressed at multiple levels. Operational risks such as health and safety are addressed through different control systems, whereas business risks are determined through the quality management risk assessment process. These risks are addressed through the business continuity management system.

CtrlS maintains extensive policies and procedures to ensure that all controls are documented and adhered to. The Code of Business Ethics and Compliances defines the basic principles for all directors and employees of the company. The policy defines the requirements for anti-harassment including sexual harassment, environment, health and safety, and other codes of business ethics. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering policy has been established to achieve transparency in operations, while Fraud Prevention and Whistleblower Policies enable corporate governance.
